Smooth with a great nose. A deep purple Hunter Valley Shiraz exuding plum, pepper and cinnamon aromas. A full-bodied red wine with deep plum fruit flavour complimented with spice and pepper throughout the length of the palate. A great mouth feel supported with fine tannins; this wine was oaked in high quality American barrels. The deep rich-red colour is an indication of a nicely ageing wine. This wine that does not collapse after opening and does not need food to accompany it. A Shiraz lover? Then try this.
