Made from nuts, seeds and spices. Serve with olive oil, caramelised balsamic vinegar, warm olives and bread. NB: We no longer sell the 110g Dukkah jar.

Salted Caramel Sauce

This thick and rich Caramel paste can be eaten straight from the jar, used to accompany desserts or as a filling for Caramel tarts and Choc cups. For something different, use as a dip for Churros.

Fig & Honey Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar

Use as an accompaniment to a baked Goat's Cheese Tart or drizzle over a gourmet Prosciutto and Bocconcini pizza. This fruity balsamic glaze works perfectly with soft cheeses and cured meats.

Hunter Valley - Cold extraction - Natural Honey - 600g 

Please note, natural honey is prone to crystalisation, this can be reversed by warming the jar in warm water.

Lemon Butter 

Our Lemon Butter is ideal as a filling for tarts or as an icing for cakes. Spread onto toasted banana bread or warm scones. This old-time favourite is sometimes best just eaten straight from the jar.
