2018 Chardonnay
Our estate-grown Chardonnay is made with just enough oak to enhance the fruit bouquet. The oak also increases the stability of the structure of the wine offering great potential for ageing longer in the bottle. The savouriness of this wine pairs well with fish, pork, chicken and so much more. I know because this wine type is my favourite.
