A semi-sweet & lightly sparkling wine made from our Shiraz grapes; tasting like strawberries and cream. A modern-day wine; sophisticated and luxurious made in the Prosecco style, that is, tank fermented.  

Traditionally made Sparkling Chardonnay. Bottle aged for two years. Aromas of lemon tart & citrus flowers with a wonderfully attractive biscuit brioche palate. The perfect start for any social occasion.
