Fig & Honey Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar
Use as an accompaniment to a baked Goat's Cheese Tart or drizzle over a gourmet Prosciutto and Bocconcini pizza. This fruity balsamic glaze works perfectly with soft cheeses and cured meats.
Scrumptious with hot chips or seafood of any kind, OR, make a great dip by mixing this with our Chilli Tapenade. This is not too garlicky so put it on your sandwiches or your salads.
Lemon Butter
Our Lemon Butter is ideal as a filling for tarts or as an icing for cakes. Spread onto toasted banana bread or warm scones. This old-time favourite is sometimes best just eaten straight from the jar.
