Tasting Notes

Our Shiraz block was planted in the late 1980s by Aldo, our previous owner. This easy drinking Shiraz is medium bodied and fruity, a delicious red wine to enjoy with friends while standing around the barbie. The fruitiness of this wine complements those lovely charcoal barbecue flavours: think sausages, steak, kebabs.  

Traditionally made Sparkling Chardonnay. Bottle aged for two years. Aromas of lemon tart & citrus flowers with a wonderfully attractive biscuit brioche palate. The perfect start for any social occasion.

Contains: Sulphites, Milk products.

Tasting Notes

Our Reserve Shiraz is made from Shiraz grapes grown on our Estate. When we make our Shiraz we take into consideration how much oak the fruit can handle; because of the exceptional  nature of the 2018 harvest, the time on oak imparted additional tannins that contributed to the wine's natural stability. This strong tannin structure ensures this wine will age nicely for many years.

It is soft & smooth on the palate with intense flavours.
