2021 Alicia Rosé

Our Signature Rosé has an alluring soft rhubarb colour; it is dry in style and is made from what our winemaker calls a ‘field blend’ of Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc - all grown on our Hunter Valley property. It is lightly oaked and has flavours of strawberries and citrus, finishing with a toffee edge

2019 Sangiovese

Pronounced San jo vay zay;a famous Italian wine grape.

Tasting Notes

New in to our cellar door is our 2019 Sangiovese, made from grapes grown on our property. Aged in old oak barrels this wine is typical of the rustic-styled Sangiovese. It has the earthiness of berries, dark chocolate and plums. Infused with just a nice touch of Cabernet producing a wine that reflects the Hunter Valley terroir. Chill in the fridge in Summer for a further depth of flavour.   

NV Muscat Parte Angelica

Alc: 18%

There is something wicked about this Muscat; one is seduced by the aromas of honey, toffee, raisins, and whatever your senses tell you. Fortified to last, this wine is a superb accompaniment to sticky-date pudding, Christmas pudding, fruit cake or pour it over your ice-cream. 750 ml of great value. Be tempted.

2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes

Rarely do we produce a purely varietal estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon. Due to its late-ripening tendency, this grape variety is sometimes a risk to grow successfully in the Hunter Valley.  In 2018 the weather was exceptionally dry so we managed to hold out to produce an intensely flavoured red that finishes well with prominent oak accents. This example is silky textured and combines well with light and medium red meats and creamy based dishes including seafood.
