Our Signature Rosé has an alluring soft rhubarb colour; it is dry in style and is made from what our winemaker calls a ‘field blend’ of Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc - all grown on our Hunter Valley property.

Tasting Notes

Our Shiraz block was planted in the late 1980s by Aldo, our previous owner. This easy drinking Shiraz is medium bodied and fruity, a delicious red wine to enjoy with friends while standing around the barbie. The fruitiness of this wine complements those lovely charcoal barbecue flavours: think sausages, steak, kebabs.  

2023 Sangiovese

Pronounced San jo vay zay;a famous Italian wine grape.

Tasting Notes

New in to our cellar door is our 2023 Sangiovese, made from grapes grown on our property. Aged in old oak barrels this wine is typical of the rustic-styled Sangiovese. It has the earthiness of berries, dark chocolate and plums. Chill in the fridge in Summer for a further depth of flavour.
