Made right here in our mill by our olive guru. This is quite a hot chilli flavoured Tapenade, but add it to your Bolognese sauce or spread it over that warm sour dough or pizza base.
The Traditional Tapenade is as you would expect: olives, olive oil, capers, anchovies, lemon zest. Delicious!
This sauce is warm however it is a magnificent addition to a barbecued sausage or piece of steak. The taste beautifully compliments the charcoal flavour of meat cooked on a barbie.
