Semillon based and on the drier side of sweet. A delicious celebratory drink, lightly sparkling with aromas of flowers & green melon. Very refreshing. 

Caramelised Garlic & Kaffir Lime Aioli

Scrumptious with hot chips or seafood of any kind, OR, make a great dip by mixing this with our Chilli Tapenade. This is not too garlicky so put it on your sandwiches or your salads.

Tasting Notes

A crisp and pale straw-coloured wine with herbal notes. Fresh lemon and lime persist throughout balanced by an underlying steely acidity. This wine is true to the style of a classic Hunter Valley Sémillon demonstrating good length and structure. It has the citrus freshness of youth, but is developing those delicious notes of oak that typify an ageing Sémillon. But note this wine has not been oaked. 

If you are eating a food that you would squeeze a lemon over, pair the food with this very classy Sémillon.
